Today we are a bit sore (adults, not children). We were introduced to British Bull dog last night. Oh dear, what an opportunity for the children; legitimately being allowed to tackle and bring down their teachers! Well we gave it a go and was surprised to survive a couple of rounds.
Our routine today was the same as yesterday. Our three activities were Abseiling, canoeing and team building games. We had some fun team building - the most memorable part was when Stewart F fell over, it is on film so you may see it if you look closely.
Canoeing was fab, most people stayed dry. Although Megan and Mara love the water so much that they just had to fall in. Some others were in danger of falling in when I noticed they were playing dodgems with the boats but they managed to stay afloat.
Abseiling was great fun, completely and utterly nerve wracking but the sense of achievement was amazing. Some of the children conquered their fears and now feel very proud of themselves - Well done!!!
Just had a lovely tea and are now getting ready for the disco. I can smell lots of deodorants and perfumes, there are frenzied discussions about make up and clothes but I'm sure Mr Taylor will find something to wear eventually ; )
