Nethybridge Day 5 Report

After tidying our rooms and packing our clothes, it was time for our final activity – a walk along the shores of Loch Morlich, a game of hide and seek, and a film at the Visitor Centre about the wildlife to be found in the Glenmore Forest.

Then it was back on the bus for our journey home.  Here are some comments from the pupils to sum up our epic adventure....

It was a great experience and an unforgettable memory (Tommy and James)

It was really fun.  I enjoyed everything and would like to stay for another 5 weeks. (Alan)

We really enjoyed it, especially all the activities we did. We really want to go again and have even more fun. The thing we want to do the most is have a big water fight with all of the instructors: James, Gaz, Pete, Steve and all of the other staff! (Sweyn and Thorfinn)

WOW!!!  It was really fun.  The week seemed to go really fast.  The instructors were awesome.  I would love to go again.  I was really upset because we had to leave! (Victoria and Maria)

It was best school trip ever.  We met lots of new people and we would go there again. (Thora and Megan)

Nethybridge is the best outdoor activity centre ever. The trip was immense (woo hoo!) and the staff were awesome!  (Ronan and Michael)

Nethybridge was the best! We all pushed ourselves and everyone tried their hardest to do all the activities.  I loved it, especially the ‘Silver Maze’ (Alex)

It was very cool at Nethybridge, especially the Zipwire and abseiling, which I didn’t expect to enjoy, because I was scared about climbing up so high.   It would be great to have another opportunity. (Sam S)

I think the most exciting thing we did at Nethybridge was the ‘Mission Impossible’ challenge on the ‘Silver Maze’ because it was so funny when we fell in and it was very challenging. (David and Reece)

The best thing at Nethybridge for us was the dryslope skiing and ‘Silver Maze’.  We particularly enjoyed the ‘Mission Impossible’ challenges because they were messy and hard. (Sam and Aaron)

Thankyou all for making such a wonderful experience possible, and keeping us home here, up to date on the web. It really makes a difference and will give the kids a lifetime of memories.
